2. Product Information and Disclaimers
All Products sold on this Site are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill (Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018). Product potency, cannabinoid content, and lab testing information (Certificates of Analysis) are made available on individual product pages or our Lab Results page.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product effects may vary from person to person. 4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or inability to verify age or shipping eligibility.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing but are not liable for typographical errors.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods available on the Site.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure someone 21 years of age or older is available to receive and sign for the delivery where required.
6. Returns and Refunds
